Peter Okoye was only trying to help me reach VDM to recover my stolen $60,000. I begged him to do so — Businesswoman debunks VDM’s claim about singer Peter Psquare

A businesswoman has come out to clarify the role of singer Peter Okoye in her attempt to recover $60,000 she allegedly lost to a scam, while responding to claims involving social media activist VeryDarkMan (VDM).

In a video shared online, the woman explained that she was the one who contacted Peter after she was allegedly scammed of the money while she was pregnant.

“Guys, I’m going to attach the video right now. You see that Peter, the young guy that scammed, I was the one that called Peter. I was pregnant then, this is my baby,” she said.

According to her, she reached out to the singer while crying over the alleged loss, and Peter agreed to help her contact VDM.

“I was pregnant, I called Peter and was crying of how I was scammed $60,000. Peter said, ‘Okay, he’s going to talk to VDM.’ I begged him to talk to VDM. I’ll attach all the records to this video,” she added.

She claimed that VDM subsequently ignored Peter’s attempts to reach him, despite Peter having previously supported VDM when he was arrested.

“Only for VDM to ignore Peter. Ah! That guy is wicked now,” she said.

The woman also recalled Peter’s alleged intervention when VDM was arrested, saying, “Peter was one of the people when they arrested VDM that used his platform. Guys, I mean Peter posted on his page for them to free EFCC to free VDM.”

She then appealed to VDM to allow Peter to speak, accusing him of being unfair to the singer.
“Peter ah ah nah. VDM not now, now. Not now that this man is, the first time this man is coming out to talk. Allow him to talk now,” she said.

“Ah! You’re so w+cked. You’re a w+cked person. Guys, I’m the person. I was attached it.”
