Looks like you are going to have to fix a boot sector problem. I did not have anything in the SSD drive I am installing from zero It would help you fix a bad boot sector which is what your symptom looks like.
Otherwise, what is your ” USB to install Windows 10″ supposed to do? Maybe you aren’t booting it correctly. So, again, it would help to get into a boot repair context, from another bootable device if necessary, to find out what is going on. Then you wouldn’t need to have a separate boot repair context to use; you could just stay in its command mode to figure things out.
